October Safety Directors Forum

Wed, Oct. 24th - 8:00 am

Exposure Assessment

Construction workers are often exposed to a variety of potential contaminants, but many companies do not have the necessary processes in place to assess these hazards. Join CCS for its October Safety Directors Forum where T.J. Unger of SevenGen will discuss what you need to know to evaluate potential contaminants on your job sites.

Unger will share insights into how to assess exposures whether it is to chemicals, silica or other hazards. He will discuss how to understand the magnitude, duration and frequency of potential exposures.

The presentation will include:

  • How to assess hazards
  • Ways to identify concerns
  • How to quantify exposures
  • Appropriate actions to take
The CCS Safety Directors’ Forum is a great way to network and share ideas with your peers in the construction and facilities maintenance industry. You don’t have to be a safety director to attend. Everyone is welcome, so please join CCS on October 24th from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. at the CCS Office Conference Center, 8909 Purdue Rd, Suite 140 in Indianapolis for this FREE event.
