DESCRIPTION:Building a Culture of Safety Accountability \nWorker safety is the top priority on every job site. You likely have policies and procedures in place to ensure employees are compliant\, yet incidents still happen. Having a culture focused on accountability works to proactively minimize exposure to hazards in the workplace. \nJoin CCS for its first Safety Series event on June 28 to hear from Tom Esch\, President of Esch Consulting\, who will discuss how to build a culture of safety accountability. He will provide a framework for how you can generate more accountability and improve communication among your workers. Tom will also discuss the many benefits of this approach: \n\nBetter business results\nRetention of good workers\nLowering your risks of serious injury or death\nMore effective communication\nStronger crew relationships\n\nThis event will be a hybrid event where you can attend in-person or virtually.
