SUMMARY:First Aid/CPR/AED Training
DESCRIPTION:This 2-hour course provides hands-on training in adult CPR\, AED use\, and basic first aid techniques. Participants will learn to respond to cardiac emergencies\, choking\, bleeding\, burns\, and other common workplace injuries. \nLearning Objectives \n\nPerform adult CPR and use an AED effectively\nRespond to choking\, bleeding\, burns\, and other injuries\nRecognize signs of cardiac arrest and stroke\nApply basic first aid techniques in emergency situations\nUnderstand legal and workplace responsibilities in providing aid\n\nParticipants will receive a certificate of completion from CCS and Quick Response CPR valid for two years. \nDate: May 5\, 2026 & October 14\, 2026\nTime: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM\nLocation: CCS Office\, 6510 Telecom Dr.\, Suite 200\, Indianapolis\, Indiana 46278\nCost: $79 for full members\, $129 for nonmembers\nProvider: Quick Response CPR \nInstructor \n Dennis Smith\, Quick Response CPR\nDennis is an experienced firefighter and EMT with a strong background in emergency medical services\, vehicle extrication\, rope rescue\, and advanced life support.
