Grounded in the renowned framework of The Leadership Challenge by James Kouzes and Barry Posner\, this series will provide construction leaders with actionable strategies to inspire trust\, foster collaboration\, and drive safety excellence on every project. Sessions will be led by Mitch Isaacs\, Executive Director of Shafer Leadership Academy. This program will guide participants through key leadership practices\, helping them align their personal values with organizational safety goals\, model exemplary behavior\, and inspire a culture of safety within their teams. \nThis session offers hands-on activities\, collaborative discussions\, and practical tools tailored for construction professionals ready to lead with purpose and elevate safety standards. \nSession 2: Driving Innovation and Empowerment in Safety \nDate: June 25\, 2025\nTime: 8:00am-12:00pm\nLocation: The Hagerman Group\, 10315 Allisonville Rd\, Fishers\, IN 46038 \nElevate your leadership skills in construction safety with this dynamic session focused on fostering innovation\, building trust\, and empowering your team. Building on the foundations of leadership\, this program provides actionable tools and strategies to overcome challenges and inspire a safer workplace. \nThis session combines insightful discussions\, hands-on exercises\, and peer collaboration to empower participants with the skills to lead safety innovation effectively. \nSession 3: Creating a Culture of Safety Recognition and Motivation \nDate: November 12\, 2025\nTime: 8:00am-12:00pm\nLocation: The Hagerman Group\, 10315 Allisonville Rd\, Fishers\, IN 46038 \nJoin us for the final session in our leadership series\, where we focus on the vital role of recognition and celebration in fostering a motivated\, safety-conscious workforce. This session equips participants with strategies to effectively honor safety achievements and sustain long-term engagement in safety culture. \nThis session provides practical tools and collaborative opportunities to inspire a culture of safety recognition that drives lasting impact. \nThe CCS Safety Series will be in-person at The Hagerman Group\, 10315 Allisonville Rd\, Fishers\, IN 46038\, from 8:00am-12:00pm on January 29\, June 25\, and November 12. \nEach attendee that completes a speaker evaluation and answers the comprehension questions will receive .4 CEU for each safety session of the series for a total of 1.2 CEUs for the entire series.
