SUMMARY:Confined Space Training
DESCRIPTION:This full-day course course provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely enter and work in confined spaces. The course covers OSHA 1926 Subpart AA requirements\, including hazard identification\, atmospheric testing\, entry permits\, and emergency procedures. It is designed for workers and supervisors who may encounter confined spaces such as tanks\, vaults\, and pits. \nLearning Objectives \n\nDefine and identify permit-required confined spaces\nConduct atmospheric monitoring and interpret results\nUnderstand roles of entrants\, attendants\, and supervisors\nFollow entry permit procedures and emergency protocols\nImplement rescue strategies and use appropriate PPE\n\nParticipants will receive a printed certificate of completion from ARS. The training is OSHA compliant and certified by ARS. \nDate: July 9\, 2026\nTime: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Lunch will be provided)\nLocation: Advanced Rescue Solutions\, 1173 Airport Parkway\, Greenwood\, IN 46143\nCost: $200 for full members\, $250 for nonmembers\nProvider: Advanced Rescue Solutions \nInstructor \nTodd Taylor\, Advanced Rescue Solutions\nTodd has over 36 years in the fire service and currently serves as Ladder 82 Captain with Wayne Township Fire Department. He is a Rescue Team Manager with FEMA INTF-1\, lead instructor for FDIC Heavy Truck Extrication\, and Director of Advanced Rescue Solutions.
