This regulation mandates that employees exposed to fall hazards receive ongoing training to recognize and mitigate risks. The course covers advanced fall protection strategies\, inspection of equipment\, hazard identification\, and regulatory compliance. Participants will review their roles in developing\, implementing\, and monitoring fall protection plans while staying current on industry standards and innovations.
