CCS Roundtable Webinar: Developing Workplace Psychological Safety Standards

Construction Safety Week 2021 will be held May 3 – 7. This year’s theme is “Holistic Safety.” As part of its continuing efforts to help members include wellness as part of their safety and health efforts, CCS is excited to announce its second CCS Roundtable of 2021 where the focus will be on psychological safety standards.
Dr. Sally Spencer-Thomas, an international mental health speaker and author, will share best practices for developing guidelines and action steps to improve the emotional health and well-being of your organization and community. This CCS Roundtable will be held via Zoom on Thursday, May 6 from 11:00 a.m. – Noon EDT.
Attendees will:
- Gain insights into the psychological safety needs of workers
- Learn how to take steps to build a comprehensive and sustained psychological safety plan
- Make a 30-day action plan commitment to “bake in” psychological safety with other safety priorities
