CCS Safety Series

June 28, 2023 @ 8:00 am - 11:30 am

Building a Culture of Safety Accountability

Worker safety is the top priority on every job site. You likely have policies and procedures in place to ensure employees are compliant, yet incidents still happen. Having a culture focused on accountability works to proactively minimize exposure to hazards in the workplace.

Join CCS for its first Safety Series event on June 28 to hear from Tom Esch, President of Esch Consulting, who will discuss how to build a culture of safety accountability. He will provide a framework for how you can generate more accountability and improve communication among your workers. Tom will also discuss the many benefits of this approach:

  • Better business results
  • Retention of good workers
  • Lowering your risks of serious injury or death
  • More effective communication
  • Stronger crew relationships

This event will be a hybrid event where you can attend in-person or virtually. Virtual attendees will receive a Grubhub voucher to purchase breakfast while enjoying the event. In-person attendees will enjoy breakfast, have the opportunity to network with their peers, and be eligible for a door prize.

CEUS will be available for this event.

The first CCS Safety Series event will be held Wednesday, June 28 from 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. EST at Hagerman, 10315 Allisonville Rd, Fishers, IN 46038. If you choose to attend virtually you will receive a Zoom link to join. Register today!
