
First Aid/CPR/AED Training
This 2-hour course provides hands-on training in adult CPR, AED use, and basic first aid techniques. Participants will learn to respond to cardiac emergencies, choking, bleeding, burns, and other common workplace injuries.
Learning Objectives
- Perform adult CPR and use an AED effectively
- Respond to choking, bleeding, burns, and other injuries
- Recognize signs of cardiac arrest and stroke
- Apply basic first aid techniques in emergency situations
- Understand legal and workplace responsibilities in providing aid
Participants will receive a certificate of completion from CCS and Quick Response CPR valid for two years.

Dennis Smith, Quick Response CPR
Dennis is an experienced firefighter and EMT with a strong background in emergency medical services, vehicle extrication, rope rescue, and advanced life support. He holds an associate degree in Emergency Medical Technology from Ivy Tech and leads Quick Response CPR, serving hundreds of clients across Indiana.
