CCS Safety Directors Forum: Understanding IOSHA Inspections
Join us for the upcoming CCS Safety Directors Forum, where Troy Jarrell with IOSHA will provide valuable insights into the inspection process and what safety professionals need to know to stay prepared and compliant.
During this session, Troy will cover:
- The Three Steps of the IOSHA Inspection Process – What each step includes and how to navigate them.
- Onsite Inspections vs. Inquiries (formerly phone/fax reports) – How IOSHA determines which approach to take, the factors that can escalate an inquiry to an onsite inspection, and the role of emphasis programs in the decision-making process.
- Abatement Requirements for Inquiries – What companies need to do to ensure compliance after an inquiry.
