Winter Weather Preparedness
Join CCS for its Safety Directors Forum on Wednesday, October 22, where Kyle Paddock of Safety Resources will lead a focused discussion on Winter Weather Preparedness in the construction industry. This session will cover how changing site conditions, the use of temporary heaters, and cold-related health risks like hypothermia and frostbite impact jobsite safety and productivity. Attendees will learn best practices for preparing crews and equipment, recognizing weather-related hazards, and implementing proactive safety measures tailored to winter conditions. The program includes a 60-minute presentation followed by Q&A and open discussion.
