Reasonable Suspicion Training

The Reasonable Suspicion Training is a 3-hour training where attendees will gain the knowledge and confidence needed to make reasonable suspicion determinations.
Learning Objectives
- Identifying signs and symptoms of alcohol and drug abuse
- Establishing reasonable suspicion based on observable behaviors
- Understanding how to refer an employee for drug and alcohol testing when reasonable suspicion exists
- Proper documentation procedures
- Knowing the consequences of failing a drug or alcohol test
All while adhering to company and federal regulations regarding substance abuse in the workplace.
CCS is partnering with Indiana Testing to provide this training. Instructor will be Mike Addison.
