This 4-hour course introduces OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard and the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). It prepares workers to safely handle hazardous chemicals and understand labeling and documentation requirements.

• Recognize physical and health hazards of chemicals
• Understand the purpose and structure of the GHS
• Apply safe handling and storage practices
• Comply with employer responsibilities under OSHA 1910.1200
