CIASSP/CCS Joint Event – Evacuation Emergency Preparedness and Utility Protection

Excavation activities are essential to many construction and infrastructure projects, but they come with significant risks, especially when it comes to underground utilities and emergency situations. Join CCS & CIASSP on November 6 either in person or virtually from 11:00am – 1:00pm ET where a comprehensive overview of best practices in excavation emergency preparedness and utility protection will be covered. Participants will also be equipped with the knowledge to prevent accidents, mitigate risks, and respond effectively in emergencies.

Attendees will learn about the latest safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and technologies designed to protect workers and the public from hazards. The session will also cover how to develop emergency response plans, coordinate with utility providers, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
