Neal Carboneau will introduce the “Implementing Safe Work Zone Operations Strategies” program from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). An overview of the program along with key points will be covered.

About the presenter: Neal Carboneau is a registered professional engineer with 16 years of experience in heavy and highway construction and 11 years in training development and education. This experience has allowed Neal to develop and deliver impactful training within the industry. His current work under the Federal Highway Administration’s Work Zone Safety Grant is helping organizations improve the safety and effectiveness of their work zone operations and provide techniques to improve implementation in the field.
